Synergy is a cleaning technology that combines OnTrak’s Double-Sided Scrubbing (DSS®) technology with in-situ chemical etching, resulting in a new level of cleaning called Chemical Mechanical Cleaning (CMC™). This single-step process offers maximum cleaning performance while maintaining high throughput.
