Full pump disassembly with standard cleaning, evaluation of all internal and external components, replacement of rotor assembly, replacement of high precision ceramic bearings, replacement of seals and o-rings. Installation of oil reservoir. Full 48 Hours bench test to ensure pump runs within manufacturing specifications.. Flange Resurface DN 40 KF Centering Ring KF-40 ISO-KF Vacuum Fittings NW-40, With Viton® O- Ring Stainless Steel, KF-40: Unit fully disassembled, cleaned and evaluated. Pump main rotor assembly is found to be warn beyond point of standard repair. Major overhaul is required with inlet flange resurface.配置
