The Electroglas Model 131B is a fast and easy-to-use motorized/manual wafer prober. It is deal for laboratory and limited production testing of transistors, diodes and microcircuits. Since its motorized probe-wafer motion is actuated by a foot pedal, operator's hands are always free for wafer positioning, alignment and manual inking.
