More than 25 years of experience in RFID production systems has built the basis for the development of this new platform. High efficiency, flexibility and quality for the complete range of HF and UHF inlays are the characteristics of the TAL 15000. This wide web system includes all processes on one modular platform: antenna web handling, glue jetting, flip chip attachment, final curing, testing and marking as well as optional a slitting into single antenna rows. The latest generation of epoxy jetting technology provides greatest flexibility and lowest glue consumption. It permits the TAL 15000 to specifically process the smallest die sizes available down to 0.3 mm x 0.3 mm. Perfect chip attach accuracy in combination with 100% vision control of all critical process steps ensures the best product output and highest assembly yields.
