MIRTEC MV-9 is a premium full 3D AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) system that provides precise 3D inspection. It uses non-blind spot digital 12 projection moiré 3D inspection technology and 8 phases coaxial color lighting for inspecting diffused reflection components, OCR, and micro cracks. It also features a 25-megapixel main camera and an 18-megapixel angled camera system for high-resolution inspection. The MV-9 combines full 3D inspection, full 2D inspection, and deep learning algorithms for the best yield. It also includes features such as Multi-Vision® for simultaneous 5-dimension inspection, Intellisys® for total process management, and AI Auto Programming for easy programming.
