The NT 16 utilizes a pick-and-place system that employs robotic arms or other mechanisms to pick up and place semiconductor devices with accuracy and reliability. 

Cohu acquires Ismeca, extending Cohu’s leadership position in the semiconductor test handler market with the addition of turret handlers.
