OmniMax 10

Aquastorm 200 In-line PCB Cleaner
The Electrovert Aquastorm is a versatile, high-performance cleaning system designed to optimize the PCB cleaning process while minimizing overall cost. The Aquastorm features the most advanced cleaning technologies in an energy-efficient design. The Aquastorm 200, with its dual tank design, is ideally suited to RMA and no-clean de-flux applications that require chemistry, as well as removal of water-soluble organic acid flux.

AQUASTORM 200SS

Aquastorm FSM (Free Standing Module) PCB Cleaner
The Aquastorm FSM is a free standing additional wash section that can be added to any exisiting in-line cleaning process. The Aquastorm FSM is designed to add complete process flexibility. Available for a 'straight DI' or 'chemical wash with chemical isolation' processes, the Aquastorm FSM provides that additional process flexibility without time and expense to convert your existing cleaner and/or replacing your existing cleaning process.

AQUASTORM FSM

The Electrovert Aquastorm is a versatile, high performance cleaning system designed to optimize the PCB cleaning process while minimizing overall cost. Aquastorm features the most advanced cleaning technologies in an energy-efficient design. As high-reliability PCBs become miniaturized, denser, and more complex, board assemblers are seeking ways to increase board level reliability; cleaning is seen as a process solution. Additionally, the importance of cleaning electronic assemblies increases dramatically in lead-free soldering applications.

The Aquastorm 200 Stainless Steel is the ultimate in process flexibility and performance. The dual wash tank design allows dual chemistry mode, combo DI and chemistry mode, and/or a combined 2.75 meters (9 feet) of a dynamic wash section.

Aquastorm 100 In-line PCB Cleaner
The Electrovert Aquastorm is a versatile, high performance cleaning system designed to optimize the PCB cleaning process while minimizing overall cost. The Aquastorm features the most advanced cleaning technologies in an energy-efficient design. The Aquastorm 100, in its compact size, offers the same process flexibility and capability as the Aquastorm 200. The Aquastorm 100 is also is ideally suited to RMA and no-clean de-flux applications that require chemistry, as well as removal of water-soluble organic acid flux.

Aquastorm 60 In-line PCB Cleaner
The Aquastorm 60 in-line cleaning system is ideal for PCB, semiconductor, and industrial cleaning type applications in which the manufacturing volume has outgrown the capability of a batch type cleaner and/or lack the floor space requirements of a typical in-line cleaner. With its compact design and small footprint, the Aquastorm 60 offers high-end performance capabilities as would expect from the Aquastorm brand name. For both straight DI and chemistry based cleaning applications the total length is 9’ 10” (3009 mm).

 AQUASTORM 60

Today’s challenges for PCB manufacturers hinge on high density, increasing complexity, and miniaturization. Manufacturers who currently clean with batch-type cleaners are looking for a solution that will increase cleaning capability without moving to an in-line cleaner. The Aquastorm 50 batch cleaner utilizes technologies that are common to the Aquastorm 100 and 200 in-line PCB cleaning machines but are offered in a batch footprint.
